SIMPLE TO OPERATE: Prior to fermentation, place the airlocks into the designated hole in the lid, secure the lid onto your jar, and fill the airlock with water. Once fermentation is complete, remove the airlock and seal it with the silicone cap. The lids feature a silicone ring on the underside to create an airtight seal and block oxygen from contaminating the ferments.
EASY TO PUT IN AND TAKE OUT: The raised handle is easy to grip. To prevent brine splashing, use silicone tongs to slowly place the glass weight in. Clamp the both sides of handle and gently remove from the bottle mouth.
